Dear Parent(s) / Guardian(s),
As Hope Academy prepares to welcome students back to our school campus, the safety of our students, teachers, and staff is our number one priority. There are guidelines that must be followed to ensure your child(ren)’s safety as well as important dates to keep in mind. Please take note of the following:
Monday, September 28th, and Tuesday, September 29th, 2020:
Teacher Planning Days – there will be no classes held online or on campus.
Wednesday, September 30th, 2020:
Students, Kindergarten thru 3rd grades, will be allowed to return to class physically.
Thursday, October 1st, 2020:
Students, 4th thru 6th grades, will be allowed to return to class physically.
Friday, October 2nd, 2020:

Physical return to school will only be for those students whose parents signed the survey and received the Covid-19 guidelines. If you chose to continue full time online learning on the survey, your child may not return to school physically at this time.
You may drop off your child(ren) from 7:00 a.m. to 8:25 a.m. After 8:25 a.m. your child will be marked tardy. You may not exit your vehicle to drop off your child(ren). All students must stay in their vehicles until their temperature is taken. You may pick up your child at 3:00 p.m. All students must be picked up no later than 3:30 p.m. Dismissal will be drive-thru only. You will not be allowed to park your vehicle on campus. Students will not be allowed to walk out of the school gates. If you would like your child(ren) to walk or drive to and from school, you must send a written and signed permission note to the office. Our After-Care Program (Kindergarten thru 5th grades) will be available after Monday, October 5th. If you are interested in After-Care for your child(ren), you must fill out an After-Care form in the office as soon as possible as space is limited. There will be no bus service until Monday, October 5th.
Students who are returning to campus physically must:
1. Wear a mask throughout the day.
2. Bring their laptops fully charged every day.
3. Come to school in the required uniform.
4. Bring the required school supplies upon their return to school.
Very Important: Students who exhibit any Covid-19 symptoms, must stay home until all symptoms subside.
Students who are continuing online must:
